1. THE PRIORITY IS TO COMMUNICATE!
A. One of the major complaints of home sellers is that they don't hear from their realtor. You will always be personally contacted at least once per week and usually more. We can meet in person, as often as you like, to discuss the progress of your listing. You can be assured that you will never be in the dark as to the status of your listing.
2. INTERNET SERVICES
A. Since over 85% of home shoppers look to the internet first, this is the main marketing priority.
B. Your home will be listed on all major MLS systems in the area with multiple pictures and a virtual tour.
C. Real Estate One is the largest Broker in the state and also has the largest internet presence. This website, www.realestateone.com, receives more activity than any other Brokers site and shows all cooperating Brokers listings.
D. The realtor.com site is the largest public real estate site. We subscribe to an enhanced listing feature that provides for full page text, many additional pictures, scrolling titles, and other marketing features that draws attention to the listing.
E. We have our own website, soldinoakland.com, and soldinwayne.com which are affiliated with numerous other websites. Your home will be prominently displayed as a featured home on the home page. We also advertise in the Yahoo and Google Search Engines, this generates traffic to our site, and to your home.
F. Your home will be listed on over 40 other public websites such as yahoo.com, msn.com, aol.com, the Detroit News and Free Press, robertkollman.com and numerous others.
3. VIRTUAL TOUR
A. We have our own software to create virtual tours and can do many rooms and additional outside areas such as pools, commons, nearby parks, etc. This shows all the great features your home has to offer.
B. This virtual tour will be featured on many of the previously mentioned sites.

4. PRINT ADVERTISING
A. Your home will be advertised in major publications a minimum of twice per month. Publications will be chosen to best fit your area and home. You will be informed monthly of previous months ad's.
